You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the user content you upload to CaspianPost. We claim no ownership over your videos. We only use your content for the sole purpose of providing the publishing service on your behalf.

4. Limitation of Liability

CaspianPost is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaspianPost shall not be liable for:

• The performance of your content on TikTok (e.g., algorithm placement, views, engagement).
• Any account restrictions, shadowbans, or suspensions imposed by TikTok. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content respects platform guidelines.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. You may also cease using our service and disconnect your account at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
